New To Epsom Road Vet?
Thank you for choosing Epsom Road Vet to care for your pets.
Below is a bit of information to help you prepare you for your upcoming visit with us.
Where are we?
Epsom Road Vet is located at 156 Epsom Rd, Ascot Vale VIC
Parking
We have off street parking in front of the clinic. There is also plenty of street parking outside and on surrounding streets. Please be careful of restricted times during events at the Showgrounds.
New Client Registration
To help us prepare for your visit, please complete the online new client registration form. Alternatively, you can call us on 9370 1900 and we can take your details over the phone.
Previous Medical Records
Please remember to tell our team about any treatment or previous health issues your pet might have had. A good idea is to ask your previous vet to email us a copy of your pet’s history to info@epsomrdvet.com.au
(It’s also a great way to ensure we can program important healthcare reminders for your pet).
Safety
To keep you and your pets safe, we require
- all dogs to be on a lead, and
- all cats to be in secure cat carriers.
We also ask that you are conscious of other pets that are in the clinic. (For example your dog may love saying hello to a cat, however the feeling might not be reciprocal!)
How are we different?
Our vision is ‘to create and nurture relationships to deliver dedicated veterinary care to pets and their families’. We love developing ongoing partnerships with you as your pet’s owner, to give them the best life possible. Have a read of our Why Choose Us page to find out more.
